How to make a request
To request access, you will need to download and complete a request form. You should be as exact as you can about the time, date and location (within one hour of accuracy).
Attach Data Subject Access CCTV Application Form
Send the completed form to the address provided together with:
- two proofs of identity – for example, driving license, passport, recent utility bill
- the administrative fee
Costs
Each search costs £10. Cheques should be made payable to the London Borough of Hounslow.
You may need to pay an additional fee to get a copy of a recording.
