Requests for CCTV images (e.g. insurance or solicitor companies)
Community Safety CCTV footage is kept for a period of 31 days.
If you have been involved in an incident (e.g. in a road collision) within the last 31 days in the London Borough of Hounslow and wish to make a request to see if the incident was captured on our CCTV system, you should contact your insurance company or solicitor and inform them to make a request to London Borough of Hounslow, Community Safety CCTV. They can do this by filling out the section 35 CCTV request form and returning it to cctv@hounslow.gov.uk
