If you have received a PCN and would like to view the council’s evidence, make representations, pay or see if we’ve received your correspondence and your case is on hold, you may do so via the council’s online portal: https://hounslow.tarantoportal.com/

Lost PCN number – If you’ve lost your PCN number please email: LostPCNnumber@hounslow.gov.uk and with your vehicle registration and make sure to put ‘lost PCN number’ in the subject bar. Please note: if the PCN was sent by post you will need to provide a copy of your logbook or insurance schedule to link you to the vehicle.
Other services
Bay suspensions – You are able to reserve resident/shared use permit bays for certain limited types of occasion, like for instance house moves or special events.

Parking on yellow lines (waivers) – You are able, at the council’s discretion, to park on single or double-yellow lines where no parking bays are available to reserve:

Funeral Parking – Parking is available for up to four vehicles at your home on the day of the funeral, and more at the venue.
