Introduction
Medequip Assistive Technology is the provider of the Community Equipment Service on behalf of Hounslow Council and the NHS.
Following an assessment, equipment will be provided on loan to support independent living.
To access equipment, you will need to have an assessment. You can ask your GP for a referral or to enquire or request an assessment, you can contact the Council's Social Care Team.
